Privacy
HoopReach stores the information you enter — your player profile, saved schools, pipeline stages, notes, follow-ups and outreach drafts — so you can use it across devices. Your recruiting data is private to your account.
We use your email address for account access, product communication and notifications you enable. We do not sell your data, and we do not share your profile with college programs unless you send it yourself.
Program information (schools, rosters, coaching staff, public program details) is gathered from publicly available sources and labelled with where and when it was retrieved.
If you publish a public recruiting profile, only the sections you switch on are visible to anyone with the link. We record basic engagement on that page (views, film and document clicks) so you can see interest. Visitors are not identified: we store a random identifier from the visitor's own browser and no IP address, device fingerprint or location.
If you connect a Google account to send and read recruiting email, the access credential is stored encrypted, used only for the actions you take in HoopReach, and deleted when you disconnect or delete your account. It is never included in a data export.
Your controls. In Settings → Account you can download a copy of your HoopReach data as a JSON file, or permanently delete your account. Deleting removes your profile, uploads, public profile, saved schools, pipeline, follow-ups and messages, and disconnects any connected email account. You can also contact enzo@gethoopreach.com.
